Job Description
(a) Assist in project management of research and development projects; (b) Provide technical support in data collection and statistical analysis for research and development projects; (c) Collect data in school visits, interviews with stakeholders and focus group discussions for research and development projects; (d) Assist in secretarial work, coordination and administration to arrange meetings and relevant activities for research and development projects; and (e) Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements
(a) A Hong Kong bachelor's degree in relevant subject of social sciences or special education, or equivalent; (b) Level 3 or above in both Chinese Language and English Language in the HKCEE, or equivalent [See Notes]; (c) Experience in research, preferably educational research; (d) Preference will be given to candidates who have relevant teaching experience; and (e) Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SPSS.
Notes: 'Grade C' and 'Grade E' in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE held before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to 'Level 3' and 'Level 2' respectively in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.
Terms of Appointment: Successful candidates will be employed on non-civil service contract terms for Period : 16 to 18 months (Up to 24.3.2012).
Remuneration
Salary: $19,755 per month
Fringe Benefits: (a)14 days annual leave, rest days, statutory holidays (or substituted holidays), maternity leave, sickness allowance, where appropriate, will be granted in accordance with the provisions of the Employment Ordinance.
